2. Payment Information
When you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect payment information through our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). We do not directly collect or store your full credit card information.
Information Stripe Collects:
- Credit card number, expiration date, and CVC
- Billing address and zip code
- Payment transaction history
Stripe processes your payment information in accordance with their Privacy Policy available at stripe.com/privacy. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of certification in the payments industry.
Information We Store:
- Your subscription plan and status
- Billing history and invoices
- Last 4 digits of your credit card (for display purposes)
- Stripe Customer ID (for subscription management)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our monitoring services
- Process your subscription payments and manage billing
- Send you invoices and payment receipts
- Monitor your Salesforce Marketing Cloud instances
- Send you alerts and notifications about your monitored systems

6. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Credentials
Your Salesforce Marketing Cloud API credentials are encrypted and stored securely. We only use these credentials to perform monitoring activities as configured by you. We do not access, modify, or delete any data in your Marketing Cloud instance beyond what is necessary for monitoring.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data according to the following schedule:
- Monitoring Data: Retained according to your subscription plan (7 days for Free, 30 days for Starter, 90 days for Growth, 365 days for Enterprise)
- Account Information: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after account deletion
- Billing Records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations
- Marketing Cloud Credentials: Deleted immediately upon account deletion or credential removal
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at sales@martechmonitoring.com.
8. Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Right to Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
